Fiddler’s Creek Announces Last Few Homes in Mahogany Bend

Fiddler’s Creek announced that only four homes remain in Mahogany Bend, an enclave of classic Mediterranean-style residences located within the luxury, master-planned community.

Offered by Stock Signature Homes, Mahogany Bend features 53 single-family home sites, most offering golf or water views. Spacious floor plans offering four bedrooms reflect classical Mediterranean architecture as well as spacious, gourmet kitchens and a three-car garage. Residences currently range from 3,174 square feet under air to 3,640 square feet under air.

The Riviera II is a one-story residence offering 3,174 air-conditioned square feet and 4,753 total square feet. This home features four bedrooms and four and one-half baths around a centrally located family room and open kitchen with breakfast nook. There also is a large outdoor living area with optional pool package. Only one Riviera II home remains and it is currently priced at $1,065,795.

The Muirfield IV is a one-story residence encompassing 3,333 air-conditioned square feet and 4,901 total square feet with a desirable split floor plan. Fiddler’s Creek Announces New Model Home Center in Oyster Harbor

Fiddler’s Creek announced that five new furnished models are now open in Oyster Harbor, a village of single-family homes located within the luxury, master-planned community.

Offered by national homebuilder Taylor Morrison, the village of Oyster Harbor is a charming community within a community featuring distinctive single-family residences. Taylor Morrison debuted five models as part of their new model home center in Oyster Harbor at a recent Grand Opening event. The five models include the Bella VIII, which will serve as the on-site sales center, as well as the Farnese VII, Trevi VII, Pallazio VII and the Francesco VIII. Additionally, four more models are under construction and will be open in the next few weeks. A total of 16 floorplans are available, ranging from approximately 1,689 to 3,439 air-conditioned square feet, featuring impressive indoor and outdoor living spaces and a California-Tuscan inspired architecture.

Fiddler’s Creek announced that a newly furnished Madison model home and three additional inventory homes are now available for purchase at Chiasso, a village of 59 single-family residences located within the luxury, master-planned community.

Fiddler’s Creek announced that work has commenced on two new inventory homes in Marsh Cove, a gated village of single-family residences within the luxury, master-planned community.

Offered by national homebuilder Ashton Woods, the village of Marsh Cove will initially feature 112 single-family residences. The two new inventory homes in Marsh Cove will both feature Spanish Colonial inspired architecture and expansive outdoor living areas providing stunning views of creeks and the championship golf course with completion this summer.

The Sevilla is a one-story residence offering 2,570 air-conditioned square feet and 3,488 total square feet.
