Fiddler’s Creek announces final phase of homes in two villages by Lennar Homes

Fiddler’s Creek announced that national homebuilder Lennar Homes is in the final phase of sales in the villages of Sonoma and Runaway Bay within the luxury, master-planned community.

In the village of Sonoma, Lennar has less than 15 coach homes remaining with two unique floor plans ranging from 1,741 air-conditioned square feet to 2,110 air-conditioned square feet. A total of 11 two-story buildings are planned in Sonoma with just four coach homes per building.

The Florence is a ground floor coach home offering 1,741 square feet of air-conditioned living space and 2,338 total square feet. The Florence features three bedrooms and two baths in a split floor plan. The residence also has a spacious living room, kitchen, breakfast area and dining room. Other features of the Florence include a screen-covered patio with a two-car garage.

Upgraded features that are standard in the Florence include 20-inch diagonal tile throughout the wet areas and entry ways; granite countertops in the kitchen and baths; luxury 42-inch raised panel wood cabinets in the kitchen; colonial-style wood casing and baseboards; and crown molding in the living areas and master suite. The base price for the Florence is $292,990.

Lennar also is offering the Verona, an upstairs coach home with 2,110 square feet of air-conditioned living space and 2,858 total square feet. The Verona features three bedrooms and two baths around a spacious living room with adjoining dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook.

The master bedroom of the Verona is situated toward the rear of the home and has an oversized walk-in closet and master bath allowing for ultimate privacy. The Verona also includes a spacious screen-covered patio as well as a three-car tandem garage. There also are numerous upgraded features that are standard in the Verona. The base price for the Verona is $312,990.

In the village of Runaway Bay, Lennar has less than 20 estate homes remaining for sale. With the namesake Creek to one side and The Creek Golf Course to the other, Runaway Bay features spacious three- and four-bedroom floor plans.
Each Mediterranean-style residence in Runaway Bay offers a three-car garage, gourmet kitchen and study along with a screen-covered lanai with optional luxury pool and spa package and winter kitchen. Homes situated along The Creek also have a dock option at the time of purchase. The Creek allows for electric boats, kayaks and canoes for Fiddler’s Creek homeowners to enjoy at their leisure. Other homes offer expansive golf course views.

The Laurel is the largest residence currently offered within Runaway Bay with 3,659 air-conditioned square feet over two stories. The Laurel features three bedrooms, four baths, a private study and dining room around a centrally located living room. There also is a balcony, a screen-covered lanai with optional pool and spa package and winter kitchen, plus a second level bonus room with wet bar and bath. The base price of the Laurel is currently $755,999.

The Lantana is a two-story floor plan, encompassing 3,542 air-conditioned square feet. This residence features four bedrooms, three full baths and two half-baths. The home also provides a formal dining room, private study, balcony and spacious lanai, plus a second floor bonus room. A pool and spa package is optional. The base price of the Lantana is currently $725,999.

The Camellia is a one-story residence offering 3,043 air-conditioned square feet. This residence features four bedrooms and three full baths in an appealing split plan. The home also provides a formal dining room, private study, large family room for entertaining and large covered lanai with optional outdoor kitchen. The Camellia floor plan is currently base priced from $685,999.

The Bougainvillea is a one-story residence offering 2,800 air-conditioned square feet. This home features three bedrooms, three baths, a study and dining room situated around an expansive great room and kitchen. Fiddler’s Creek Offers Luxury Residences by Stock Signature Homes

Fiddler’s Creek announced that three distinctively designed residences by Stock Signature Homes are currently available in three villages within the luxury, master-planned community.

Stock is offering homes in the residential villages of Mahogany Bend, Majorca and Isla del Sol. The builder’s homes are renowned for the rich architectural details of their front elevations, lending them a unique air of distinction. Fiddler’s Creek Offers Fully Furnished Homes in Amador and Mussorie

Fiddler’s Creek announced that fully furnished model homes are available for purchase in the single-family villages of Amador and Mussorie within the luxury, master-planned community.

Offered by Taylor Morrison, Amador and Mussorie, with 16 and 54 single-family homes respectively, feature ornamental detailing amidst lush landscaping. The villages showcase five individual floor plan offerings, ranging from 1,856 to 3,144 air-conditioned square feet.

The Lazio VII is a one-story residence, providing 2,275 air-conditioned square feet and 3,061 total square feet. The Lazio VII features an open floor plan with three bedrooms, three baths and a den situated around a central family room and dining room with adjoining kitchen and island bar. The Lazio VII also has the den that can accommodate two desks with ample room.
The spacious screen covered lanai of the Lazio VII is ideal for entertaining with an optional covered outdoor living area. The fully furnished Lazio VII is now available, priced from $628,913. Additional move-in-ready Lazio VII residences are available are priced from $605, 778.

The Farnese VII offers 2,100 air-conditioned square feet and 2,889 total square feet.
