Fiddler’s Creek Announces New Inventory Homes in Marsh Cove

Fiddler’s Creek announced that work has commenced on two new inventory homes in Marsh Cove, a gated village of single-family residences within the luxury, master-planned community.

Offered by national homebuilder Ashton Woods, the village of Marsh Cove will initially feature 112 single-family residences. The two new inventory homes in Marsh Cove will both feature Spanish Colonial inspired architecture and expansive outdoor living areas providing stunning views of creeks and the championship golf course with completion this summer.

The Sevilla is a one-story residence offering 2,570 air-conditioned square feet and 3,488 total square feet. This home is designed for livability and allows room for personalization with three bedrooms and three baths and optional study. The residence also features a spacious great room with adjoining kitchen and dining areas, a courtyard and an outdoor living area with pool and summer kitchen.
