Designer Chosen for Muirfield II Model at Mahogany Bend

Stock Construction has selected KVS Interior Design as the interior design firm for the Muirfield II model home at Mahogany Bend in the luxury, master-planned community of Fiddler’s Creek.

The project will be led by Kelli Sultan, ASID, NCIDQ, founder of Bonita Springs-based KVS Interior Design. An award-winning interior designer, Sultan has served clients in Southwest Florida since 1994. Her team will fully furnish the model home to highlight prestigious living, overseeing space planning, material specification, interior detailing and furniture acquisition.

The Muirfield II is a single-story residence encompassing 3,202 square feet of living space. The home will feature four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a spacious great room just off the kitchen, study, dining room and screen covered lanai. The model home also will showcase the optional pool package and optional outdoor kitchen area.

Interior design features will include upgraded wooden cabinets, granite kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity tops, deep soaker tubs in the master bath and designer bathroom fixtures. Specialty items include brick paver driveways and walkways, wood shelving throughout and pre-wire for security systems. The Muirfield II is currently priced starting at $719,990. The Muirfield II furnished model can be purchased for $1,254,990.

Mahogany Bend is a village of 53 luxury single-family residences. Most of the homesites have been positioned to maximize views of the championship Creek Golf Course and adjacent lakes.

In addition to the Muirfield II, there are two additional floor plans available in Mahogany Bend.

The Riviera II, a one-story residence offers 3,174 square feet of living space. The home will feature a large open foyer leading to the kitchen and dining room, four bedrooms, four and a half baths, family room, study and screen covered lanai with a base price from $714,990.

The Ponte Vedra II is a one-story home offering 3,490 square feet of living space. It will have four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a central living room, family room, kitchen with dinette, dining room, study and screened covered lanai. The Ponte Vedra II is currently priced from $769,990.

Each residence within the village of Mahogany Bend will have three front elevations from which to choose. The exteriors of each home will be constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and will include cement tile roofs. Each residence will also feature a spacious three-car garage.

Construction Begins in Isla Del Sol at Fiddler’s Creek

Stock Construction has commenced work on its first residences within the village of Isla Del Sol, an exclusive enclave of 34 Mediterranean-style estate homes within Fiddler’s Creek in Naples.

The village of Isla Del Sol is situated along emerald golf fairways and sparkling sapphire lakes. The gated entrance provides enhanced privacy for residents and is distinguished with rich keystone paving and a grand fountain, recapturing the opulent lifestyle of the French Riviera.
Residences within Isla Del Sol will offer four unique floor plans.

The Chatelaine is the largest residence within Isla Del Sol, offering 4,246 air-conditioned square feet. The Regency Manor is currently priced from $1,049,990.

Residences within the Majorca village will offer four unique floor plans. Most of the home sites have been positioned to maximize the stunning views of the championship Creek golf course.
