Fiddler’s Creek Announces Last Phase of Homes in Sonoma

Fiddler’s Creek announced that the last phase of coach homes is now available in Sonoma, a village of 44 classic Mediterranean residences within the luxury, master-planned community.

Offered by Lennar Homes, Sonoma will feature 11 two-story buildings with four individual residences per building. Each three-bedroom floor plan in Sonoma will boast a living room and covered patio with most residences overlooking shimmering lakes. Two unique floor plans are provided, ranging from 1,741 air-conditioned square feet to 2,110 air-conditioned square feet.

Lennar currently has five coach homes under construction in the village of Sonoma, and the national homebuilder anticipates that the residences will be ready in the next few months.

The Florence is a ground floor coach home offering 1,741 square feet of air-conditioned living space and 2,338 total square feet. The Florence floor plan features three bedrooms and two baths in a split floor plan. The residence also has a spacious living room, kitchen, breakfast area and dining room.

Other features of the Florence include a screen covered patio with a two-car garage. Upgraded features that are standard in the Florence include 20-inch diagonal tile throughout the wet areas and entry ways; granite countertops in the kitchen and baths; luxury 42-inch raised panel wood cabinets in the kitchen; Colonial style wood casing and baseboards; and crown molding in the living areas and master suite. The base price for the Florence is $288,990 and the four move-in-ready Florence coach homes are priced from $295,985.

Lennar also is offering the Verona, an upstairs coach home with 2,110 square feet of air-conditioned living space and 2,858 total square feet. The Verona floor plan has three bedrooms and two baths around a centrally located living room with adjoining dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook.

The master bedroom of the Verona is toward the rear of the home and has an oversized walk-in closet and master bath allowing for ultimate privacy. The Verona also includes a spacious screen covered patio as well as a two-car tandem garage. There also are numerous upgraded features that are standard in the Verona. The base price for the Verona is $308,990 and the move-in-ready Verona coach home is currently priced from $315,985.

Each home in the village of Sonoma is constructed of steel reinforced concrete block with a built-in wall pest control system. Exterior design features include concrete tile roofs, brick paver entry ways and driveways, and an automatic in-ground sprinkler system. Interior design features include GE appliances, tile floors, washer and dryer, granite kitchen counter tops, spacious walk-in closets, hurricane glass windows and doors, and many energy saving features.

Fiddler’s Creek Announces Last Few Homes Available by Stock

Fiddler’s Creek announced that Stock Signature Homes has just nine residences remaining for purchase in three residential villages within the luxury, residential master-planned community.

Stock is currently building in the villages of Isla del Sol, Mahogany Bend and Majorca. The builder’s homes are renowned for the rich architectural details of their front elevations, lending them a unique air of distinction. Inside each residence, soaring ceilings produce a spaciousness that maximizes the living areas, while the finest appointments create a visual feast for the eyes.

In the village of Mahogany Bend, Stock has one remaining Riviera II inventory home. The Riviera II is a one-story residence offering 3,174 air-conditioned square feet and 4,753 total square feet. This home has four bedrooms and four and one-half baths around a centrally located family room and open kitchen with breakfast nook. There also is a three-car garage and covered lanai. The move-in-ready Riviera II is priced at $1,045,795.

Also in Mahogany Bend, Stock offers a move-in-ready Muirfield IV home available for purchase. This one-story residence encompasses 3,333 air-conditioned square feet and 4,901 total square feet with a desirable split floor plan. The home features four bedrooms, three and one-half baths and a three-car garage, plus a spacious outdoor living area with room for the optional pool package. The move-in-ready Muirfield IV is priced at $1,149,820.

The homebuilder also is offering a fully furnished Ponte Vedra Grande model home in Mahogany Bend. The Ponte Vedra Grande is the largest floor plan offered by Stock in Mahogany Bend with 3,525 air-conditioned square feet and 5,116 total square feet. This one-story home has a split floor plan with four bedrooms and four and one-half baths around a spacious living room and adjoining kitchen and family room, along with a dining room and study near the front entrance. The fully furnished Ponte Vedra Grande model is currently available for $1,357,910.

In addition to the two inventory homes and the furnished model, there are only two remaining homes in Mahogany Bend – an additional Muirfield IV and The Courtleigh – a single-family residence priced from $929,990, plus options and upgrades.

In the single-family home village of Majorca, Stock has one remaining Scottsdale II inventory home. This one-story residence encompasses 2,719 air-conditioned square feet and 4,379 total square feet with three bedrooms, three full baths and study around a spacious living room with adjoining dining room and kitchen. The home also features an expansive outdoor living area with room for the optional pool package and optional outdoor kitchen, plus three-car garage. The move-in-ready Scottsdale II is priced at $882,266.

In the village of Isla del Sol, Stock has three custom estate homes available, including the Grande Calais II. This one-story residence features four bedrooms and four and one-half baths around a centrally located great room with adjoining dining room and breakfast nook. The home also features a study just steps from the master suite and a three-car garage. The Grande Calais II is currently priced from $1,019,990, plus lot premium, options and upgrades.

The Ashland and the Remberton are the only remaining homes in Isla del Sol. The Ashland is currently priced at $1,049,990, plus lot premium, options and upgrades, and the Remberton is available for purchase at $1,099,990, plus lot premium, options and upgrades.

Fiddler’s Creek Announces Move-In-Ready Homes in Mussorie and Amador

Fiddler’s Creek announced that a limited number of move-in-ready homes are available for purchase in the villages of Mussorie and Amador located within the luxury, master-planned community.

Offered by Taylor Morrison, Amador and Mussorie, with 16 and 54 single-family homes respectively, feature ornamental detailing amidst lush landscaping. Six move-in-ready homes are now available from three floor plans, ranging from 1,856 to 2,275 air-conditioned square feet. Each model offers a standard two-car garage with a three-car tandem garage available.

The Piceno VII is a one-story residence, encompassing 1,856 air-conditioned square feet and 2,616 total square feet. The Piceno VII features an open floor plan with two bedrooms, two-baths and a den situated around a central family room and dining room with adjoining kitchen and island bar. Located just off the foyer, the den features a his-and-her office that is large enough to accommodate two desks with ample room to work separately or plan together.

The Piceno VII also provides a wall-to-wall sliding door leading out to the lanai that brings the outdoors and indoors together as one. The screened lanai is ideal for entertaining with an optional covered outdoor living area. The Piceno VII is currently base priced from $408,900, plus lot premium. One move-in-ready Piceno VII model is currently available for $574,072.

Fiddler’s Creek Announces Completion of Somerset Model at Chiasso

Fiddler’s Creek announces that a new Somerset model is now available at Chiasso, a village of 59 classical Mediterranean-style single-family homes in the luxury, master-planned community.

Offered by D.R. Horton, the Somerset is a two-story residence offering 3,461 air-conditioned square feet and 4,297 total square feet. Fiddler’s Creek announced that Lennar Homes currently has four new residences under construction that are available for purchase in the single-family home village of Runaway Bay.

With the namesake Creek to one side and The Creek Golf Course to the other, Runaway Bay features just 98 home sites. A selection of spacious three- and four-bedroom floor plans is currently available, each offering three-car garages, gourmet kitchens and study along with a screen covered lanai with optional luxury pool and spa package and winter kitchen.
