Washington Model in Chiasso Completed at Fiddler’s Creek

Stock Construction has selected Marc-Michaels Interior Design Inc. as the interior design firm for the Greenbriar II model home at Majorca in the Fiddler’s Creek master-planned community.

The team at Marc-Michaels Interior Design will inspire casual elegance throughout the single-family residence, overseeing space planning, material specification, interior detailing and furniture acquisition. The award-winning firm has been providing imaginative interior design and merchandising services for clients on an international level for more than 26 years.

The Greenbriar II is a single-story residence offering 2,949 air-conditioned square feet. The home features a split floor plan consisting of three bedrooms and four baths designed around a centrally located living room with adjoining kitchen with nook and family room. The Greenbriar II also offers a formal dining room and a study conveniently located near the front entrance.

The Greenbriar II is currently priced starting at $629,990. The fully furnished model home will showcase numerous upgrades, including an optional pool package and outdoor kitchen area. Completion of the model home is expected this fall and it may be purchased as a leaseback for $1,094,990.

Construction is nearing completion on the first homes in Runaway Bay, a village of 98 luxury single-family residences situated along The Creek and The Creek Golf Course at Fiddler’s Creek.

Offered by Lennar Homes, the residences at Runaway Bay will boast a classical Mediterranean exterior with an extensive list of standard features. There are four unique floor plans available.

The Bougainvillea is a single-story residence offering 2,800 air-conditioned square feet. The home features three bedrooms, three baths, an expansive great room, study and lanai. Stock Construction has chosen Soco Interiors as the interior design firm for the Ponte Vedra II model home at Mahogany Bend in the luxury, master-planned community of Fiddler’s Creek.

The award-winning team at Soco Interiors will inspire luxurious living throughout the single-family home, overseeing space planning, material specification, interior detailing and furniture acquisition.
