Construction Progresses on Mahogany Bend in Fiddler’s Creek

Construction is progressing on the first new residences within Mahogany Bend, a distinctive single-family home village of Fiddler’s Creek.

Offered by Stock Construction, Mahogany Bend will feature 53 single-family home sites, most of which offering dramatic views of the championship golf course, waterways and lakes. Three spacious floor plans are available, each reflecting classical Mediterranean style architecture.

The Riviera II is a one-story residence offering 3,174 air-conditioned square feet. The home will feature a large open foyer leading to a gourmet kitchen and dining room, four bedrooms, four and a half baths, family room, study and screen covered lanai with a base price from $714,990.

The Muirfield II is a one-story residence encompassing 3,202 air-conditioned square feet. The home will feature four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a spacious great room just off the kitchen, study, dining room and screen covered lanai. The Muirfield II is currently base priced at $719,990. A fully furnished model, professionally decorated by Kelli Sultan of KVS Interiors, will be completed this fall and the residence is available for purchase on leaseback for $1,277,914.

The Ponte Vedra II is the largest home available in Mahogany Bend, offering 3,490 air-conditioned square feet. It will have four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a central living room, family room, kitchen with dinette, dining room, and study with a screened covered lanai. The base price of the Ponte Vedra II is currently $769,990. A fully furnished model, professionally designed by Jill Cotton of Soco Interiors, will also be available this fall for purchase on leaseback for $1,292,255.

Lennar Closes on First Residence at Millbrook in Fiddler’s Creek

Lennar Homes has closed on the sale of the first residence in Millbrook, a Mediterranean-style village with 56 single-family homes nestled between meandering waterways at Fiddler’s Creek.

Lennar Homes opens Four Move-In Ready Executive Homes at Millbrook

Lennar Homes recently opened four ready-to-move-in Executive Homes priced from the mid-$300s at Millbrook at Fiddler’s Creek, the private master-planned residential community located just off Collier Boulevard between Naples and Marco Island.

Matt Devereaux, Vice President of Sales at Lennar Homes in the Southwest Florida region, said Lennar is building 54 new homes at Millbrook at Fiddler’s Creek that range in size from 1,649 square feet of living space to 2,246 square feet.

Lennar’s new Executive Homes at Millbrook at Fiddler’s Creek are built of steel-reinforced concrete block with two-car courtyard garages or full-size garages.

D.R. Horton Closes on First Homes within the Amador village in Fiddler’s Creek

D.R. Horton has closed on the sale of the first three homes in Amador, an enclave of 38 classical Mediterranean style residences within the Fiddler’s Creek.

All three new residences were Chelsea models. Designed for the empty nester or second home buyer, the Chelsea features an expansive three-bedroom, two bath floor plan with 2,159 A/C square feet of living space.

The living area of the Chelsea offers a blend of features for entertaining family and friends, including a gourmet kitchen with eat-in bar, spacious great room and lanai, two-car garage and adequate space for an optional swimming pool.

D.R. Horton offers three expansive floor plans within the village of Amador at Fiddler’s Creek, ranging from 1,840 square feet of living space to 2,738 square feet of living space under air. In addition, most of the homesites in Amador have been positioned to maximize the desirable water views.

Construction Progresses on Majorca at Fiddler’s Creek

Construction is moving forward at a steady pace on the first single-family residences in Majorca, a distinctive village within the luxury, master-planned community of Fiddler’s Creek.

Offered by Stock Construction, Majorca will feature 19 luxury, single-family homes. Most of the home sites have been strategically positioned to maximize the stunning views of The Creek championship golf course. Construction commenced on the first homes three months ago and is anticipated for completion later this fall. Four unique floor plans are currently available.

The Greenbriar II is a one-story home offering 2,949 square feet of living space. The residence will feature three bedrooms, four baths, a central living room, large family room, dining room, study and expanded screen covered lanai. The Greenbriar II is currently priced from $629,990. The fully furnished Greenbriar II model home is currently under construction and will be decorated by Marc Michaels. It will showcase many upgrades, including a pool/spa package. Completion of the model is expected this fall and the model can be purchased as a leaseback for $1,094,990.

The Scottsdale II is a one-story home offering 2,719 square feet of living space. The residence will feature three bedrooms, three baths, an adjoining living room and dining area, and a study along with a screen covered lanai. The base price of the Scottsdale II is currently $599,990.

The Harbourtown II is a one-story residence with 2,815 square feet of living space. It will have a large open foyer leading to the kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms, three baths, great room, study and screen covered lanai. The Harbourtown II is currently priced from $619,990.

The Pinehurst II is a one-story residence encompassing 2,890 square feet of living space. It will feature a courtyard-style entrance through the open porch and pool area along with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, great room, dining room and study. The home will also offer a separate cabana bedroom with attached bath. The base price of the Pinehurst II is currently $654,990.

Each residence in the village of Majorca will be constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and cement tile roofs. Each single-family home will also feature a spacious three-car garage. Standard interior features will include large wood cabinets in the kitchen and baths, granite kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity tops, deep soaker tubs in the master bath with a separate glass enclosed shower, and designer bathroom fixtures.
