Fiddler’s Creek announced that construction is nearly complete on two new inventory homes in Marsh Cove, a gated village which will initially feature 112 single-family residences within the luxury master-planned community located on Collier Boulevard on the way to Marco Island.

National homebuilder Ashton Woods is offering the inventory homes, which represent the Sevilla and Cantabria floor plans. Featuring Spanish Colonial-inspired architecture and expansive outdoor living areas, both homes offer stunning views of creeks and the Fiddler’s Creek championship golf course and are expected to be complete this summer.

The Sevilla is a one-story residence offering 2,570 air-conditioned square feet and 3,488 total square feet. The home is designed for livability and allows room for personalization with three bedrooms and three baths. The residence also features a spacious great room with adjoining kitchen and dining areas, a courtyard, and an outdoor living area with pool and summer kitchen. The home’s three-car garage is standard and includes three individual doors for convenient access. The Sevilla inventory home is priced at $1,090,107.

The Cantabria is a single-story design offering 3,048 air-conditioned square feet and 4,033 total square feet with an open floor plan that includes three bedrooms, three and one-half baths, and a formal dining room that may be used as a study. The residence also offers a large, open family room and outdoor living area with pool and summer kitchen. The home’s three-car garage features separate doors. The Cantabria inventory home is priced at $1,052,921.

Each home in the village of Marsh Cove is built of structurally engineered reinforced concrete block wall construction with high-profile concrete roof tiles and concrete pavers. Interior design features include luxurious kitchens with custom-made Veneta Cucine cabinets and KitchenAid appliances, 10-inch baseboards throughout the main floor, insulated impact windows, and a number of energy-efficient features throughout.
