Stock Construction Breaks Ground in Mahogany Bend at Fiddler’s Creek

Stock Construction has broken ground in Mahogany Bend, a village of 53 luxury single-family residences located within the private, master-planned community of Fiddler’s Creek in Naples.

Two models, The Muirfield II and Ponte Vedra II are currently under construction. The Muirfield II furnished model will be professionally decorated by Kelli Sultan of KVS Interiors and the Ponte Vedra II furnished model will be professionally decorated by Jill Cotton of Socco Interiors. Each model will showcase many upgrades including a pool/spa package. Completion of the models are expected this fall. The Muirfield II model will be offered at $1,254,990. The Ponte Vedra II model will be offered at $1,291,990.

Three spacious floor plans are available within Mahogany Bend. Most of the homesites have been positioned to maximize views of the championship Creek Golf Course and adjacent lakes.

The Riviera II is a one-story residence offering 3,174 air-conditioned square feet. The residence will feature a large open foyer leading to the kitchen and dining room, four bedrooms, four and a half baths, family room, study and screen covered lanai with a base price from $714,990.

The Muirfield II is a one-story residence encompassing 3,202 air-conditioned square feet. Residences will feature four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a spacious great room just off the kitchen, study, dining room and screen covered lanai. The Muirfield II is currently priced starting at $719,990.
The Ponte Vedra II is a one-story residence encompassing 3,490 air-conditioned square feet. Residences will have four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a central living room, family room, kitchen with dinette, dining room, and study with a screened covered lanai. The base price of the Ponte Vedra II is currently $769,990.

Each residence within the village of Mahogany Bend will have three front elevations from which to choose. The exteriors of each home will be constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and will include cement tile roofs. Each residence will also feature a spacious three-car garage.
Standard interior features will include upgraded wooden cabinetry, granite kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity tops, deep soaker tubs in the master bath and designer bathroom fixtures.

Specialty items include brick paver driveways and walkways, wood shelving throughout and pre-wire for security systems. Each residence also offers an optional pool package and optional outdoor kitchen area.
