Just two Astor move-in-ready models remain for sale in Amador, an enclave of 38 classical Mediterranean style residences within the Fiddler’s Creek luxury, master-planned community.
National homebuilder D.R. Horton reports that it has sold nearly all of the Astor single-family residences available. Current pricing for the two remaining Astor homes is $419,851 and $424,450.
The move-in-ready homes feature three bedrooms and two baths on a split floor plan, totaling 1,840 square feet under air.
