Stock Signature Announces Grand Opening of Muirfield III Model in Mahogany Bend

Stock Signature Homes has completed construction on the Muirfield III, a fully furnished, Mediterranean-style residence within the village of Mahogany Bend at Fiddler’s Creek.

The single-family home village of Mahogany Bend features 53 single-family home sites, offering golf or water views. D.R. Horton Releases Madison Furnished Model in Fiddler’s Creek

D.R. Horton has released a newly decorated Madison model home at Chiasso, a village of 59 single-family residences located within the Fiddler’s Creek luxury, master-planned community.
The Madison is a one-story residence offering 3,246 air-conditioned square feet with three bedrooms, four baths and a two-car garage. The Madison floor plan offers formal spaces in the living and dining rooms as well as casual living spaces in the large family room and eat-in kitchen. The Madison floor plan is currently priced from $582,990.

Lennar Homes has completed two fully furnished models in Sonoma, a classic Mediterranean-style village of 44 coach homes in the luxury, master-planned community of Fiddler’s Creek.

Sonoma will feature 11 buildings with four residences each and is the third neighborhood by the national homebuilder in Fiddler’s Creek, building on the success of Millbrook and Runaway Bay. Each three-bedroom floor plan in Sonoma offers a living room and covered patio, most overlooking shimmering lakes. Lennar Completes Laurel Inventory Home at Runaway Bay in Fiddler’s Creek

Lennar Homes has completed construction on a new Laurel inventory home at the single-family village of Runaway Bay located within the luxury, master-planned community of Fiddler’s Creek.

The Laurel is the largest residence offered at Runaway Bay, encompassing 3,659 air-conditioned square feet over two stories. The home features three bedrooms, four baths and a study situated around a centrally located family room. There also is a spacious formal living room and gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook, plus a second floor bonus room with wet bar and bath.

 

Upgraded interior design features of the new Laurel inventory home include stone flooring, cherry wood cabinets and granite countertops. D.R. Horton Nears Completion on Two Edison Inventory Homes

D.R. Horton is nearing completion on two Edison inventory homes at Amador, an enclave of 38 classical Mediterranean-style homes in the Fiddler’s Creek luxury, master-planned community.

The Edison is a one-story floor plan offering 1,983 square feet under air with three bedrooms, two baths plus den. Standard features include 8’ glass panel front entry doors, 8’ high 6-panel interior doors, 5 1/4” decorative painted baseboard, 42” kitchen cabinets with decorative finishes and granite kitchen countertops. Prices for the Edison currently start at $404,990.

Fiddler’s Creek Named 2013 Community of the Year

For the second consecutive year, the Fiddler’s Creek luxury, master-planned community has been honored with the prestigious “Community of the Year” Sand Dollar Award from the Sales and Marketing Council of the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA). The award was presented before more than 250 people attending a recent awards presentation in Naples.

This year, the awards were divided into three categories by home pricing. Fiddler’s Creek was rated tops in the category among residential communities priced from $500,000 to $1 million.

The Builders of Fiddler’s Creek, Lennar Homes, Stock Development and D.R. Horton, will be hosting a Model Open House for Fiddler’s Creek residents on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 4:00pm – 6:30pm. Residents are welcome to bring friends and family. Food and beverages will be provided. Model location maps can be obtained at the Front Guardhouse or the Information Center.

Models to be showcased are Stock’s Chatelaine Model in Isla del Sol and D.R. Horton’s will have open the Washington Model in Chiasso. Lennar will be showcasing the Isabella Model in Millbrook and the Bougainvillea and Laurel Models in Runaway Bay.

Stock Construction Tour of Homes Event

CBIA Event this Weekend at Fiddler’s Creek

Five fully furnished models by three well-known builders will be showcased as Fiddler’s Creek participates in this weekend’s Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) 2013 Parade of Homes.

The multi-site Parade of Homes is set for March 15-17 (Friday/Saturday 10am – 5pm and Sunday Noon – 5pm) and will feature models in the Fiddler’s Creek villages of Majorca, Isla del Sol, Runaway Bay, Millbrook and Chiasso. A map indicating the model locations will be provided at the Information Center and the Gatehouse. These neighborhoods built by Stock Construction, Lennar Homes and D.R. Horton offer an array of selections for buyers looking to become full-time residents or looking for a second home.
