Majorca Model Approaches Completion at Fiddler’s Creek

Construction is nearing completion on the Greenbriar II model home at Majorca, a distinctive village of 19 luxury, single-family residences in the Fiddler’s Creek master-planned community.

Offered by Stock Construction, The Greenbriar II is a one-story residence encompassing 2,949 square feet of living space. The residence will feature three bedrooms, four baths, a central living room, spacious family room, dining room, study and expanded screen covered lanai.

Decorated by Marc-Michaels Interior Design, the Greenbrier II model will feature a modern Santa Barbara decor with crisp, clean upholstery and Mediterranean-inspired casegood pieces. D.R. Horton reports that the first move-in-ready homes have been completed and are now available for purchase within Chiasso, a distinctive village of 59 single-family residences in Fiddler’s Creek.

Lennar Homes recently opened four ready-to-move-in Executive Homes priced from the mid-$300s at Millbrook at Fiddler’s Creek, the private master-planned residential community located just off Collier Boulevard between Naples and Marco Island.
