Fiddler’s Creek announces that construction is underway on a new Somerset model at Chiasso, a village of 59 classical Mediterranean-style single-family homes within the luxury, master-planned community. The model is anticipated to be completed and open for viewing in the fall.

Offered by D.R. Horton, the Somerset is a two-story residence offering 3,461 air-conditioned square feet and 4,297 total square feet. Fiddler’s Creek Announces National Home Builder Taylor Morrison to Build in the Luxury Master-Planned Community

Fiddler’s Creek today announced that national homebuilder Taylor Morrison Home Corporation has acquired 70 residential homesites in two unique villages and will be an approved builder within the luxury, master-planned community.

In the village of Amador, Taylor Morrison plans to build 16 remaining single-family residences with five individual floor plan offerings. The first two models are currently under construction and are anticipated to be completed and open for viewing later this summer.

In the village of Mussorie, Taylor Morrison will build 54 single-family residences and intends to offer the same selection of floor plans in Mussorie that it currently is offering in the village of Amador featuring tile roofs, ornamental detailing, lush landscaping and built to Taylor Morrison’s high standards of construction, quality and design.
