Fiddler’s Creek announces that move-in-ready homes are currently available at Millbrook, a Mediterranean-style village of just 56 home sites within the luxury, master-planned community.

Offered by Lennar Homes, Millbrook provides a peaceful sanctuary with unequalled luxuries to complement Florida’s lifestyle. Homes within the village of Millbrook range from 1,649 air-conditioned square feet to 2,246 air-conditioned square feet with prices starting at $342,990.

The Victoria is a one-story model with 1,850 air-conditioned square feet. This home has a split floor plan with two bedrooms, two baths, a den and a pool bath around a great room, kitchen and dining. The Victoria features a master suite with separate his and her vanities and a walk-in closet. It also provides a screen covered lanai and two-car courtyard garage. Lennar is offering two move-in-ready Victoria models currently priced from $442,670, including pool and spa.

The Isabella is the largest of the floor plans available in Millbrook with 2,246 square feet under air. This residence has three bedrooms, two baths and a den with a spacious great room located just off of the kitchen and dining area. The Isabella also features separate his and her walk-in closets and a spacious master bath with his and her vanities. Additionally, there is a screen covered lanai with an optional outdoor kitchen and a two-car garage. Lennar is offering two move-in-ready Isabella models currently priced from $478,670, including pool and spa.

Two other floor plans are currently offered within the village Millbrook.

The Nina is an entry level residence offering 1,649 air-conditioned square feet. This residence features a split floor plan with two bedrooms, two baths and a den designed around a spacious great room with an open kitchen and an adjoining dining area and breakfast nook. The Nina also provides a screen covered lanai with an optional outdoor kitchen, plus a two-car garage.

The Sophia is another one-story residence with 2,032 air-conditioned square feet. The Sophia is ideal for entertaining with three bedrooms, three baths and a den. The master suite features dual sinks, an over-sized Roman tub and a large walk-in closet that rivals the other bedrooms. There also is a screen covered lanai with an optional outdoor kitchen, plus a two-car garage.
Each residence within Millbrook will be built of steel reinforced concrete block construction with concrete roof tiles, brick paver driveway and entryway and steel reinforced garage door.
Interior design features include a luxury kitchen with granite counter tops and GE stainless steel appliances with a natural gas cooktop. The kitchen areas also feature 42-inch raised panel wood cabinets with crown molding. Other interior design features include designer bath fixtures, granite counters, undermount sinks and a number of energy saving features throughout. Ceramic tile flooring has been placed on the diagonal throughout, except in the bedrooms.

The Builders of Fiddler’s Creek, Lennar Homes, Stock Development and D.R. Horton, will be hosting a Model Open House for Fiddler’s Creek residents on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 4:00pm – 6:30pm. D.R. Horton will be having a Model Grand Opening on Tuesday, March 19th from 4-6:30pm. The Washington model will be showcased including. Wine, cheese, dessert & entertainment will be provided. Model location maps will be available at the Information Center and the Gatehouse.

Stock Construction has completed the Ponte Vedra II luxury model in the village of Mahogany Bend at Fiddler’s Creek. The fully furnished model is currently available for viewing with a Stock Representative on-site to answer questions.

Stock Construction is building within three villages in Fiddler’s Creek. A Model Grand Opening is scheduled for February 19 which will include two furnished models in Mahogany Bend as well as a model in Majorca and Isla del Sol villages.

The single-family home village of Mahogany Bend features just 53 home sites, most offering unobstructed golf course or water views. Spacious floor plans featuring four bedrooms reflect classical Mediterranean architecture as well as luxury gourmet kitchens and a three-car garage.

The Ponte Vedra II is the largest residence offered within Mahogany Bend, encompassing 3,490 air-conditioned square feet.
