Fiddler’s Creek announced that a large selection of move-in-ready homes is currently available in the villages of Amador and Mussorie located within the luxury, master-planned community.
Offered by Taylor Morrison, Amador and Mussorie, with 16 and 54 single-family homes respectively, feature ornamental detailing amidst lush landscaping. In the coach home village of Sonoma, Lennar currently has one move-in-ready home available with eight additional homes under construction. Homes in Sonoma offer two, three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,741 to 2,110 air-conditioned square feet. Each home in Sonoma boasts a living room and covered patio with most residences overlooking shimmering lakes.
The village of Sonoma will feature 11 two-story buildings with four classic Mediterranean-style coach home residences per building.
