Lennar Completes Laurel Inventory Home at Runaway Bay in Fiddler’s Creek

Lennar Homes has completed construction on a new Laurel inventory home at the single-family village of Runaway Bay located within the luxury, master-planned community of Fiddler’s Creek.

The Laurel is the largest residence offered at Runaway Bay, encompassing 3,659 air-conditioned square feet over two stories. The home features three bedrooms, four baths and a study situated around a centrally located family room. There also is a spacious formal living room and gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook, plus a second floor bonus room with wet bar and bath.

 

Upgraded interior design features of the new Laurel inventory home include stone flooring, cherry wood cabinets and granite countertops. The home also features the luxurious pool and spa package and summer kitchen with a “colonnade structured” enclosed cage area that turns the outdoor space into an attractive living area that is ideal for entertaining friends and family.

 

The base price of the Laurel floor plan is currently $712,990. The newly completed inventory home, with the additional upgrades included, is currently priced at $899,365.

D.R. Horton Nears Completion on Two Edison Inventory Homes

D.R. Horton is nearing completion on two Edison inventory homes at Amador, an enclave of 38 classical Mediterranean-style homes in the Fiddler’s Creek luxury, master-planned community.

The Edison is a one-story floor plan offering 1,983 square feet under air with three bedrooms, two baths plus den. Standard features include 8’ glass panel front entry doors, 8’ high 6-panel interior doors, 5 1/4” decorative painted baseboard, 42” kitchen cabinets with decorative finishes and granite kitchen countertops. Prices for the Edison currently start at $404,990.

One of the new Edison inventory homes located at 9241 Campanile Circle features additional options, including upgraded maple kitchen cabinets with expanded crown molding; upgraded Venetian Bronze hardware in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry; granite laundry countertops; stainless steel kitchen appliances; whole house window treatments; and wood flooring in the den.
