Lennar Breaks Ground on Runaway Bay at Fiddler’s Creek

Lennar Corp. has started construction on its first two models at Runaway Bay, a village of 98 luxury single-family homes situated along The Creek and The Creek Course in Fiddler’s Creek.

The Bougainvillea is a single-story residence offering 2,800 A/C square feet of living space. The model is being built by the national homebuilder as an inventory home. It will feature three bedrooms, three baths, an expansive great room, study and lanai.

The Laurel is a two-story residence encompassing 3,659 A/C square feet. The home will be fully furnished by the interior design company of Socco Designs. It will offer three bedrooms, four baths, a large family room, study and lanai, plus a bonus room.

Additional features of the Bougainvillea and Laurel will include travertine flooring, an optional winter kitchen with fireplace, crown molding, and wood flooring in the den. Both residences also will feature monogram appliances, front load washer/dryer and a two-level gas heated pool and spa package.

Located within the Marsh Cove section of Fiddler’s Creek, Runaway Bay will offer four unique floor plans. Each residence will be constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and will feature concrete tile roofs and brick paver driveways along with a spacious three-car garage.
Homes situated along The Creek will have a dock option at the time of purchase. The Creek allows for electric boats, kayaks and canoes for Fiddler’s Creek homeowners to enjoy at their leisure. Other residences in Runaway Bay will offer expansive views of The Creek Course.
