Stock Construction Unveils Majorca at Fiddler’s Creek

Local homebuilder Stock Construction has announced plans for Majorca, its first distinctive village within the luxury, residential master-planned community of Fiddler’s Creek in Naples.
Residences within the village of Majorca will offer four unique floor plans. Ground will be broken this spring, with the first models available later this year.

The Scottsdale II is a one-story residence offering 2,719 A/C square feet of living space. The model will feature three bedrooms, three baths, living room, dining room, study and screen covered lanai.

The Harbourtown II is a one-story residence encompassing 2,815 A/C square feet. It will feature three bedrooms, three baths, great room, dining room, study and screen covered lanai.

The Greenbriar II is a one-story residence offering 2,949 A/C square feet. The model will feature three bedrooms, four baths, living room, family room, dining room, study and screen covered lanai.

The Pinehurst II is a one-story residence encompassing 2,890 A/C square feet. It will have three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, great room, dining room and study, plus a cabana bedroom with bath.

Each residence at Majorca will have three front elevations to choose from, constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and will include a spacious three-car garage. Standard interior features will include large wood cabinets, granite kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities, deep soaker tubs in the master bath and designer bath fixtures. Specialty items include a covered and screened lanai with brick pavers, wood shelving and pre-wire for security systems.
