Fiddler’s Creek announced that a new Isabella model home will open soon at Millbrook, a Mediterranean-style village of 89 residences within the luxury, master-planned community.
Built by Lennar Homes, the Isabella is a one-story residence, offering 2,246 air-conditioned square feet and 2,995 total square feet. The new model is anticipated to open in May and will feature a great room plan with three bedrooms, two baths and a den that could be converted into a fourth bedroom. Each of the bedrooms is situated around a spacious great room, which offers an adjoining kitchen with island bar and dining area for entertaining friends and family.

The residence also provides several high-efficiency, energy saving features throughout. The Isabella is currently base priced from $400,990, plus lot premium.
