The Chatelaine is the largest residence within Isla Del Sol, offering 4,246 air-conditioned square feet. The Chatelaine model home is currently under construction and will be decorated by Jill Cotton of Socco Interiors. The residence will showcase many upgrades including a pool/spa package, outdoor fireplace and summer kitchen. Completion of the model is expected this fall and the model can be purchased for $1,994,990.
The Regency Manor is a one-story residence offering 3,699 air-conditioned square feet. The home will feature four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a central great room, dining room, study, screen covered lanai, a three-car garage, and offers an optional outdoor fireplace and summer kitchen. The Regency Manor is currently priced from $1,049,990.
The Tuscany is a one-story home encompassing 4,139 air-conditioned square feet. It will feature four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a spacious family room with an adjoining kitchen and dinette, formal living room, study, dining room and screen covered lanai along with a four-car garage. The base price of the Tuscany is currently $1,154,990.
The Windsor is a one-story residence encompassing 4,155 air-conditioned square feet. It will have three bedrooms plus a fourth bedroom/recreation room, three and a half baths inside plus a pool bath, a central great room and kitchen, an exercise room, dining room and study with a screened covered lanai and optional outdoor fireplace and summer kitchen. The home also will feature two attached, two-car garages. The base price of the Windsor is currently $1,159,990.
Each residence within the village of Isla Del Sol will be constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and cement tile roofs along with cased Anderson Windows with impact glass throughout.
