Lennar Appoints Interior Designer for Laurel Model at Runaway Bay

Lennar Corp. has named Soco Interiors as interior designer of the Laurel model at Runaway Bay, a village of 98 single-family residences along The Creek and The Creek Course in Fiddler’s Creek.

The team at Soco Interiors will inspire luxurious living throughout the two-story residence, overseeing space planning, material specification, interior detailing and furniture acquisition.

The project will be led by Jill Cotton, cofounder and principal of Soco Interiors. A graduate of Purdue University, Cotton has worked in the luxury design industry for more than two decades.

The Laurel will offer 3,659 air-conditioned square feet, featuring three bedrooms, four baths, a large family room, gourmet kitchen with natural gas cooktop, study and lanai, plus a bonus room.

The single-family home will be constructed of steel reinforced concrete block with concrete tile roofs and a spacious three-car garage. The residence also will boast a brick paver entryway, driveway and lanai. Many of the materials used in the home will be environmentally friendly.

Interior features of the model home will include Howe style wood casing, Victorian style baseboards, crown molding in the living areas, raised panel interior doors and designer window blinds. Additional features include monogram appliances, front load washer/dryer, two-level gas heated pool and spa package and an optional summer kitchen.

Located within the Marsh Cove section of Fiddler’s Creek, Runaway Bay will offer four unique floor plans. Homes situated along The Creek will have a dock option at the time of purchase. The Creek allows for electric boats, kayaks and canoes for Fiddler’s Creek homeowners to enjoy at their leisure. Other single-family residences will offer expansive views of The Creek Course.
